Challenge
Lumière came to us as a luxury skincare brand with an incredible product but zero digital presence. Their website was built on a free template, they had no paid media strategy, and their organic social was dormant. They were spending money on photoshoots but had no system to turn that content into revenue.
Strategy
We started with a complete brand overhaul — sharpening positioning, rewriting copy, and building a new Webflow site engineered for conversion. Then we built a Meta + TikTok advertising system from scratch, using a creator network to generate UGC at scale. We launched a 3-tier email flow to capture, convert, and retain.
